I like this app but I would also like to be able to enter checks and expense in the bank register.

I recently purchased Quickbooks online plus and am planning on taking advantage of creating estimates on my iphone. I know how to create invoices, but don't see an option anywhere for creating estimates.

Can someone shine some light on this for me?

I would think that an iPhone for TimeTracker would be a home run for as many industry people I know that use this service out in the field. I would prefer that when it is developed, that the user would be capable of logging into and summiting time into the Timetracking web process directly snd not have to save it as a file to import into Quickbooks (thinking about the possible outage of your phone and lose of data).

I too am also looking for Quickbooks 2010 and Quickbooks POS iPhone integration.

My company has a warehouse which we use the POS at. The employees typically remove item from the inventory to distribute while in the field. It would be great to allow them to access the same inventory that is on the POS at the warheouse and to "sell" that item and have it removed from the inventory in real time or to at least have it do so when plugged in to the computer and synced or on the same wifi...

Quick invoicing would also have to be an option where the transaction is made and e-mails are sent on the fly. The program wold be be supported as a feature rich supppliment to quickbooks and POS. Mainly, the user can always go back to the POS and modify the transactions including invoices tc.

The ability to scan barcodes (take photo of code) instead of flicking or doing a traditional search through inventory wold be excellent as well.

This has SO much potential I'm surprised it's not released yet.

I think there is a Iphone app that turns the phone into a scanner. You will need to search for it though.

I am hand writing invoices when I am on the road and
the items I sell are all barcoded. So is there anyway way to scan the barcode into the iphone quickbooks app? I would love to scan and email or fax the invoice without having to type every item in.

I agree with Andrew. How may times have you lost receipts!? The mobile space is going to be big so its great to have this app. Is there another windows based smart phone app other than Iphone?

I can't believe you have not developed an interface to QB Pro. We use QB Pro 2009 and will never use QuickBooks online. We need the ability to create and synch invoices in the field on our iPhones. Are you working on any mobile synching to Pro?

Time tracking would be nice. Or, some type of time tracking for the mac. A widget would be great. Something to keep me logged in so I can just add my time as I go.

I am an avid user of Quick Books Pro. I would love to be able to view and sync my customer databases to my iPhone. Any chance it will happen?

I checked the QuickTimer documentation and did not see instructions on how to import data into the Quickbooks online version. Is that accomplished by the program automatically? If not, what is the procedure?

Any plans to integrate the Iphone app with desktop software? for me tracking hours and expenses as well as givig estimates and invoices from my phone would be awesome.. although trying to surf the web constantly and connect to do this online all the time would be a hassle. just syncing with the desktop version would be amazing...

This does not appear to work for folks who just have access to logging in their time (which is a huge hurdle for our folks on the road). Is this meant for only those with advanced rights within the QB system?

Is there an app for QuickBooks desktop?

We are a small company that does estimates on site and want to know if the iPhone Quickbooks application allows the input and printing of estimates from the application.

What's the rough timeline for the iPhone Time tracking that can export an IIF (sans QB Online)?

Apple does not allow access to iCal data on the iPhone. Otherwise it's a good idea.

How about an app that takes ical data from an iphone and inserts them into the time tracker in QB?

What would be great is if the Time Tracker application could be an iPhone app. I find that there are times that I would like to write out my time and not in need of my laptop as a mobile consultant, but I am always on my iPhone.

I think most importantly for myself is time tracking that will upload to my computer. it should be an app not an online program.

My husband and I own a small company. I currently use quickbooks to manage our accounts. If I add the Iphone app for quickbooks, will my pc quickbooks and Iphone quickbooks update eachother and be able to share information?

Will QuickBooks Online on the iPhone, work with the Australian Version of QuickBooks.
We have a service company and it would be handy to be able to Invoice on the go, also would be great to do Quotes and email them on the go.
